How do I set up a tournament?
Contact our sales/marketing team and they will help you with setting up your tournament.
What types of tournaments can I have on Fishing Chaos?
The possibilities are endless! If you can think of a tournament style then you can run it on Fishing Chaos. Live weigh-in? Absolutely. Catch, Photo, Release? Of course! Single day? Yes! Year long? Definitely!
How can I get in touch with someone if I have a question regarding a tournament?
There are three possible ways to contact someone with the tournament that can be found in the ‘Help lines’ section on the main page of the tournament you are participating in. You can email, in-app chat, or call the tournament director. This will allow you to call the tournament director.
Why am I asked about a subscription when I purchase my tournament tickets?
Depending on the tournament, when you purchase a ticket there is a convenience fee associated with the purchase. The tournament has the option of passing that fee on to the participants. If they elect to do that the subscription will cover that fee for you.
What is the subscription amount?
We currently offer two subscription levels - “The Fish Wrangler” and “The Weekend Warrior”. The Fish Wrangler is our yearly subscription level. It costs $43.89 per year. You’re paying for 11 months and we’re throwing in the 12th free! The Weekend Warrior is our monthly subscription level. It costs $3.99 per month.
Are there any other things/offers that I receive with a subscription?
Yes. If you purchase “The Fish Wrangler” you will receive coupons and special offers from some of our friends in the industry. You are also eligible for exclusive subscriber only content such as being able to challenge an entry in a tournament even if you are not participating in the tournament.
What is needed from me to put my club on Fishing Chaos?
Contact our sales/marketing team and they will provide you with that information.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it? A - Press the ‘Reset password’ button
Press the ‘Reset password’ button underneath the ‘Email’ and ‘Password’ box that is on the screen when you first open the app. You will be prompted to enter your email address and will be sent an email with a reset link that is active for 1 hour. Follow the instructions in the email and you’ll be good to go.
